You should have received a few auto-emails from us post purchase of the plugin. One of these emails should have a link and password to the installation page.
Alternatively, login at toolkit.will-myers.com/plugins with the email address you used to purchase your plugins. This will give you access to the login information for all of your plugins. -
If the Plugin isn't working please follow the below Troubleshooting Steps before getting in touch.
1 - Watch the walkthrough video on the Installation Guide and ensure you've followed the Installation Steps as described.
2 - Ensure there are no syntax errors in your Code Injection or any Code Blocks used for the Plugin.
3 - If you're using other Plugins on your website systematically disable them (can use HTML comments to do this) to see if any are conflicting.
If after following these steps you're unable to get the Plugin running please get in touch.
-
This usually means the Collection page which you've linked to the component is ‘disabled’ or ‘password protected’, if you enable the page then the component should work as expected.
-
All of the available customizations for the Plugin can be found on its Installation Guide. If you have suggestions for extra customizations or features please submit them here.

Hidden content will get indexed by Google, but ‘fetched’ content will not.
For example, the Tabs plugin works by either ‘fetching’ content via a portfolio collection or rearrange sections on the page. The fetched content will not be indexed by Google, as this is an asynchronous request. The rearranged content will get indexed by Google.
Don’t take my word for it. You can always check what Google is indexing on a page using the Google Search Console. See more about indexing with this documentation from Google on where to find it.
You can also toggle off SEO in the Page or Collection Settings for it to not be indexed.

Squarespace made some changes to the HTML structure of the Main Navigation, meaning if you have an old version of one of these Plugins installed you may notice it not working. You'll need to go to the Installation Guide and reinstall using the latest instructions.
To view the Installation Guide login at toolkit.will-myers.com/plugins with the email address you used to purchase your plugins.

Squarespace doesn’t allow custom code on personal plans, they are considered Premium Features.
If you’re on a personal plan, I have found a work-around that has worked for many years, but Squarespace might change this at any point, so use at your own risk. The work-around is to add the installation <script> & <link> into a Markdown Block anywhere in one of your Footer sections (Edit Page » Edit Footer Sections). And then use Markdown Blocks anytime you would otherwise need a Code Block.
As of today, July 5th, 2024, this method still works, but we don’t support this method as it could change at any moment and it’s outside of the limits of what we have control over.

Our Plugins have been developed for use on Squarespace 7.1.
-
It shouldn’t do no, Squarespace runs thousands and thousands of lines of code to render your website, our Plugin won’t substantially increase that. All that being said though, we do recommend ensuring you stay within Squarespace’s recommended limits for section / block numbers.
