Not at all! Having a very basic understanding of CSS and HTML may be helpful, but you can jump in and learn as you go. But you do need to be curious about CSS and Javascript, and have a desire to learn it. If you want to just copy-and-paste code without learning anything about how it works, this probably isn’t for you.
